E-ONE Sets a Higher Standard for Aerial Fire Apparatus.
With zero tip overs in more than 30 years, E-ONE’s performance and safety is unmatched. Leading the way with advanced engineering and innovative design, every E-ONE aerial fire apparatus we manufacture comes loaded with features that enhance crew efficiency while keeping them safe.
E-ONE’s HP 75 features an extruded aluminum ladder that exceeds NFPA’s 1901 requirements with a 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor. No other manufacturer consistently offers you this commitment to safety. In addition, the aluminum aerial will not rust and never needs re-painting or rung cover replacements.
E-ONE’s HP 78 features a 825 lb tip load for increased rescue capability and additional reach of similar products in its class. The ToughTruss™ ladder design features extruded aluminum construction that exceeds NFPA’s 1901 requirements with a 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor.
100’ reach. Single axle. From E-ONE, the innovator of aluminum aerials, comes the Metro 100 – a single axle, low travel height, aluminum ladder with a 100’ vertical reach.
HM 100 / 110
The HM 100/110 aerial model offers a low travel height, short wheelbase and tight turning radius for maneuvering in congested streets. The criss-cross, underslung jacks contribute to a low center of gravity and deploy in an industry-leading time of less than 40 seconds and, with a mere 11’ spread, can set up in very tight areas.
The HR 100 is compact and manuverable for tight streets. It features crisscross under-slung jacks that require very little space to deploy. Based on the proven HM 100/110 design, the E-ONE HR 100 is compact and maneuverable for tight streets.
The HP 100’s short wheelbase and tight turning radius make for easy maneuvering in traffic. While the criss-cross, underslung jacks contribute to a low center of gravity, they also deploy in an industry-leading time of less than 40 seconds with only a 12’ spread. Ample storage compartments allow quick access to all gear.
The E-ONE Super Tiller with V-Max® cab is a 100 ft. tillered aerial ladder boasting a 550 lb tip load at the end while flowing water in all positions. V-Max Cab is designed for optimal visibility and has an enclosed flip-up “buddy seat” for driver training. The tiller cab also features air-conditioning, heat and defrost as standard.
If tip-load and low-angle performance top your list of “must haves,” our CR 100 with an impressive 800 lb capacity for firefighters is your aerial. It utilizes our famous integral torque box chassis and narrow stabilizer spread to make your job easier while holding heavier loads. The exclusive integral torque box chassis features a Resistance to Bending Moment (RBM) rating of 14,350,000.
All the strength you’ve come to trust with E-ONE aluminum aerials is now available in steel. The new HPS 105 steel ladder boasts the same 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor, strong integral torque box chassis, proven criss-cross, underslung jack system and rock-solid stability of all E-ONE aerials.
Buildings aren’t getting shorter. Fires don’t have a maximum height limit. So why should your aerial ladder be any different? Reaching more than 13 stories high, the CR 137 is North America’s tallest aerial ladder offering narrow, criss-cross, underslung stabilizers and a speedy set up – less than 45 seconds.
Perhaps the most impressive feature of the CR 137 is its ability to reach a target that is 110’ high AND 80’ horizontally off the side while supporting a 750 lb personnel tip load.
Rural and suburban departments appreciate the 750-gallon tank and elevated master stream with centralized controls for one-person operation available on our 50’ Teleboom. The 50’ Teleboom can be equipped with a rescue-style body to maximize storage space for EMS calls, features an unobstructed hosebed while still offering aerial duties all on a single rear axle.
