Driven by continuous improvement, E-ONE donates to the NFFF as part of their annual customer satisfaction survey.

E-ONE, a member of REV Group (REV), a leading manufacturer of motor vehicles for fire & emergency, bus, specialty vehicles and recreation markets, has recently completed an annual customer satisfaction survey on their products and services and in doing so, raised funds for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF).

“We donate to the NFFF as an incentive to obtain valuable customer feedback,” says Jay Johnson, vice president of sales and product management for E-ONE. “With each survey completed, funds are donated to the NFFF. Customer feedback is critical to our mission of satisfaction for the customer, and to provide the highest quality fire truck.”

The NFFF is a non-profit organization whose mission is to “honor and remember America’s fallen fire heroes, to provide resources to assist their survivors in rebuilding their lives, and work within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.”

Results of the customer survey provide E-ONE with insight into areas of improvement while highlighting reasons why customers continue to return to purchase E-ONE apparatus. The most commonly cited responses for what E-ONE does very well include reliability, dependability, customization, and strong customer support. Customers specifically praised E-ONE vehicles for their responsive handling, ride, maneuverability and design features. Quality local E-ONE dealerships with strong customer communication and service also played a key role in customers’ decisions to purchase from E-ONE.
