Department Profile
Monroeville Volunteer Fire Company No. 5 has been serving the community of Monroeville, Pennsylvania for the past 62 years. With one station and 30 volunteer firefighters, the department offers fire protection services to a population of 27,000 across 20 square miles. The department is one of five fire stations in Monroeville, which is located 14 miles east of Pittsburgh, where they respond to 1,500 fire department related incidents per year.
