E-ONE is pleased to announce the release of two new fire truck Christmas tree ornaments, with net proceeds from the sale of the ornaments benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF).
The two ornaments depict two different fire trucks. One features a photograph of a red E-ONE HPS 100 Platform fire truck. The other is a colorful graphic illustration of an E-ONE aerial fire truck. As befitting designs from a fire truck manufacturer, both feature a muted background of technical fire truck drawings.
Both ornaments are two-sided circular shaped ornaments made of Max Metal, an aluminum composite material. Each ornament retails for $8, with $4 from each sale going to the NFFF. Both are available for sale in the Fire Locker gift shop at the E-ONE Welcome Center in Ocala and at firelocker.com.
“We wanted to create a unique holiday product to sell in the Fire Locker,” said Angie Esposito, E-ONE’s Marketing & Communications Manager. “We think every Christmas tree needs a fire truck ornament, so we came up with these two designs.”
“The colorful graphic illustration of a fire truck reminds us of the child-like wonder of the holiday season,” she said. “We chose the photo of Ocala Fire Rescue’s HPS platform truck because it reminds us of our local roots and ties to this community where E-ONE was founded in 1974.”
In the spirit of the holiday season and giving back, E-ONE will donate net proceeds or earnings from sales of the ornaments to the NFFF, whose mission is to honor America’s fallen firefighters and to develop programs and resource to help their families and co-workers. With E-ONE’s main customer base of firefighters, the NFFF was a natural choice as beneficiary.
“The City of Ocala and Ocala Fire Rescue are proud of the relationship we share with E-One. We applaud their benevolent act of donating the proceeds of these handsome Christmas tree ornaments to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation,” said Fire Chief Bradd Clark of Ocala Fire Rescue. “We can think of no better example of a character-rich organization that embodies the traits of honor and virtue than the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. We are proud to be a part of this great endeavor.”
